- what you buy
- Money buys assembly, hosting and support. It never buys the software. IRLOS is GPL-3.0: everyone can run it, read it, change it and sell it, including people who never pay me. The corresponding source is linked in the footer.
- cloud
- $30 a month, billed by Stripe until you cancel. I provision each server by hand within 24 hours of payment. You email me when something breaks and I fix it. The uptime number on the front page is a track record, not a promise.
- backpack
- Built to order in the first production run, so the sale is final once placed: parts are bought for your specific unit as soon as payment clears. The ship window is stated on the buy page and at checkout: currently TBD. If it slips past that date, you choose a new date or a full refund. See refunds.
- payments
- Stripe handles every payment. Card details never touch this site's servers.
- warranty
- The software ships as-is, per GPL-3.0 sections 15 and 16. Hardware problems on a backpack: email me and we fix it together.
- names
- Not affiliated with or endorsed by Streamer University, Twitch, Kick or YouTube. Product names belong to their owners.
