- All sales are final. Every bag is built to order and the parts for your specific unit are bought as soon as payment clears, so an order cannot be cancelled or refunded once it is placed. This is stated on the buy page and again at checkout before you pay.
- if it is late
- The ship window is stated on the buy page and at checkout: currently TBD. If the bag has not shipped by then, you choose: agree to a new date, or cancel for a full refund. That right is set by the FTC Mail Order Rule and nothing on this page takes it away.
- if it arrives broken
- Repaired or replaced at our cost. Email us with the order number and what it is doing.
- cloud
- Cancel any time from the billing portal. Your server stays up until the end of the period you paid for, and billing stops there.
- the iso
- Free. Nothing to refund.
- how
- Reply to any order email, or use the contact link in the footer. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe.
